CEL-MER was established in 1986 in Bayrampasa, Istanbul as a hot rolling mill. Today, on a 95.000 m² open, 30.000 m² closed area in Gebze, Kocaeli; CEL-MER continues its production with a modern semi-continuous hot rolling mill, cold drawing, peeling and grinding units.

CEL-MER Steel Factory is one of the leading companies in the quality steel production. Being unique in terms of production capabilities, we produce regular and tailor-made special profiles for various industries. Export activities are continuously improving. In addition to Iran, Egypt, Lebanon, Israel, Bulgaria, Greece and similiar neighbour countries; we regularly export to the European Union countries such as Germany, France and Spain. We are actively exporting to 52 countries worldwide.

Our focus is continuous improvement to provide high quality products with lower prices. Today with our modern laboratory and with the understanding of fulfilling all the requirements of ISO 9001 certification, we carry our responsibility until the end-user.
