DIMENSION AND SHAPE TOLERANCES;
PROFILE A
Profile A : Round ended flat bars made of hot rolled spring steel
PROFILE B
Profile B : Half round ended flat bars made of hot rolled spring steel
PROFILE C
Profile C : Smooth and half round ended flat bars made of hot rolled spring steel
STRAIGHTNESS
Controlling the accuracy of straightness, q1 should be measured along L1 bar. After that, q2 can be identified throughtout any section of the bar with the refence length of 1000 mm L2.
VERTICAL DEVIATION
According to the figure vertical deviation for Profile C, should be measured as (u), which is difference from measured width (b).
