Door opening and closing mechanisms, transmission components, starter parts and many similar components used as raw materials in automobile parts are produced in our factory

T-Profiles, splined bars, half rounds or clamp profiles used in the machine production is part of our standard production program and decreses our customers time and material costs.

As part of the production of the lamination plates in the transformers, half rounds and quarter round flats are welded to the sides. These profiles, in various sizes are produced by cold drawing in our factory.

Trigger mechanisms, gas chambers, lock profiles and various other cold drawn profiles used in the production of rifles, guns, various artillery and other parts in the defense industry are also within our production range .

The dimensions and straightness are very important in key and hinge profiles. In our factory we can produce a wide range of profiles starting from 5 mm square cold drawn bars up to larger hinge profiles used in truck doors.

Besides the standard flat and square bars we also produce plough shear profiles, tiller blades and plough leg profiles frequently. The cold drawn profiles are mainly used in tractor cabins.

We have a wide production range in the construction and machinery industry heading from cold drawn sharp edge triangles up to grader blades with a width of 250 mm.

Together with the standard cold drawn elevator guide rails used in the door mechanisms, we also produce customer specific guide rails to satisfy the low weight demand of our customers serving with high standards in surface and straightness.

Besides the regular ribbed and grooved spring steel bars used in flat railway springs we also produce fishplates accorsing to our customer's demand.
